How We Guarantee the Roundness Rate of Counterweight Glass Beads

First, we select high-purity raw glass materials and use advanced high-temperature melting and rolling forming technology to shape beads uniformly. During production, automated screening and shaping equipment remove irregular particles in real time.
We also set multi-level manual and machine inspection procedures. Finished products go through roundness testing and dimensional sorting, eliminating oval, deformed and defective beads. Meanwhile, we regularly maintain and calibrate production machines to keep stable processing parameters. Thanks to standardized craftsmanship and rigorous quality checks, our beads maintain a roundness rate above 95%, fully meeting the requirements of toy filling and other application scenarios.
